Who is the idiot that decided it would be a good idea to tell a crucial part of the story (the death of the main character) in a documentary interview/flashback/slow-motion style.

So ineffective and underwhelming.

Plus freakin' ramen? Do you know how much cup-o-ramen is sold in America? That's how Alicia knew Al had run into Madison.

This episode made me consider quitting on this show again.

They said Kimchi, but the box was labeled ramen.

Kimchi is essentially cabbage if I'm not mistaken but they were clearly eating noodles that could have been Kimchi flavored, I guess. Kinda reminds me of the barrel guard being called a flash suppressor.

You mean that thingy (shroud) that goes up the side.

Yeah, it's a perforated metal shield that surrounds the barrel that acts as a heat shield.

I know what it is. I was quoting Marilyn McCarthy. She wanted to ban guns that had one on it. She was asked if she knew what they were and she called it a thingy.

The whole "dramatic reenactment" bit was an appallingly poor artistic choice also.

Yes - it totally didn't work - I guess the whole scene was easier to pull off that way - but it lacked excitement ... Madison deserved a better ending.

It may be common before the outbreak but as food supplies are getting scarce , chances are those instant noodles would have been much rarer after some time.
