FTWD is better than TWD at this point.

Agree or disagree?

Agree.

I found seasons 1-3 boring and filled with unlikeable characters, but while not perfect I'm really enjoying this soft reboot. Certainly more so than the last couple of TWD seasons.

Haven't watched TWD yet but if this is better then that's pretty sad. This season has one likeable character and they may have managed to kill him off already (likely not but you never can tell with this show). Things may pick up some after they finally rid the show of the remaining dead weight from the first three seasons (two down...two to go).

Nick was never a likeable character, he was the show's version of Jack Bauer's daughter for the longest time. lol

reply

I think he was talking about John Dorie

reply

I dont agree but several of my friends certainly do

Fear has gotten much better as the seasons progressed
Pretty fun stuff

I really wanted to like both. But I quit on them 1 year ago. Just the same old, same old. Lotta gruesome ways to kill zombies. Over and over again.

Can't disagree more - FTWD is sloppy writing, bad acting and horrible scripts. TWD is really dragging on and losing momentum (and fans) by the minute. They should have kept following the comics instead of turning it to Jersey Shores with all these internal, petty battles - still better than FTWD, where nobody gives on flying fudge about security, safety, communication or anybody else but than them selves. Everybody got a secret agenda that they keep plotting and I just wan't them all to die - or become The Whisperers.

I agree, that yes...right now FTWD is much better... and has much improved while TWD has gotten virtually impossible to sustain itself to its fans.
To me TWD had its ups and downs but still had me up until S 5&6......Seasons 7 and 8 have been nearly unwatchable and I no longer care what happens to anyone that's left. Once that happens all is lost, in my opinion.
It has become too plodding, boring and redundant and the characters have only become plot devices without any real substance..

I had tried FTWD the first several seasons and just couldn't care about those characters (except maybe Nick, for some reason)..I dropped it.
I have gone back to FTWD to give it a try for its rumored "reboot" and so far have found it entertaining as TWD in earlier days. I still don't care too much for the regulars that are left on FTWD but the new characters introduced are far more effective then any of the characters introduced on TWD the last several years.

Morgan has bored me on TWD but serves as a link on FTWD and that's ok so far...And while we still don't know the status of Madison I'm curious to why it took them so long to make her likable as she is in the flashbacks..That must mean that she's dead.
I don't know how much trust I have that FTWD can sustain this new state of reanimation but I'll take it while it's there.
