shareIt seems to be getting there with this new season, but the first 3 seasons of TWD are still much better. FTWD season 3 could be better than parts of season 5 or 6. Really hard to compare overall though. This show is completely original while TWD is based on the comics with some original twists. The concept for FTWD was to show what happened when the zombie outbreak began, because TWD starts with the main character waking up from a coma. And also to show what is going on in other areas, because TWD has only been in Georgia and the suburbs of DC in Virginia. When the group finds a safe area to stay, they usually stay for 1 or 2 seasons before something happens and they have to move. Most of season 5 is about people walking on a train track. FTWD moves around at a faster pace than that.
