Who was the Saurun God-Like person?

That was the ghost of a woman who lived in the 17th Century in New Amsterdam, when New York City was a colony. Her three children were taken and burned at the steak as she watched during her execution.

As a ghost, she reminded my of the Sith Lord, Emperor Palpatine. LOL

I wasn't convinced by the Celtic Goddess symbol. Still vengeance might turn white magic into black.
