Solid movie
It's a decent movie overall the ending leaves a lot to be desired but worth the watch.

I came into this movie knowing nothing about it, and I was really pleasantly surprised. Nicholas is hilarious throughout the movie, and the dark turns that occur were very entertaining.
I agree the ending was decent but not perfect. Endings are hard though, especially in this type of movie since it's all been done before.
good to hear :)
shareI think the script was a bit off - there were a few holes.
The camera work and the production values were actually decent - but at all times, I felt like something was a bit off.
Still - the film was OK-ish.
Yes, just wrote my review and I liked it. The script was not the best part but there was a couple funny lines/moments. Nic Cage and Elijah Wood were the highlights.
It's a good crime/comedy movie set in Vegas, the first part was definitely the best part.
It's not decent at all. It started well, had some funny parts, but then completely lost the plot when the heist began. None of it made sense. It was unpleasant, nonsensical and undid all the good work of the first half of the film. They could have actually made this into a cult success had they built on the humour and banter of the first half. They could have also made it into an action-packed finale, with the gang turning up to confront the two of them. They had the firepower in the apartment to make it a good battle.
shareJust like many movies buddy - it's always based on opinion :)
