S01E05 - shocking continuity failure

Sorry I'm not usually petty enough to point these out but this one was glaring!
13:00 in Howard is on his knees with Angel's gun to his head.
13:04 he's standing next to Angel
13:06 back on his knees.
I'm greatly enjoying this but this was so in my face I had to "have a word".
