I'm not sure if it will be streamed live or not but it will surely be posted online shortly afterwards. Supposedly they will be showing new footage.

I believe the panel will be live streamed on Twitch. Just type nycc in to the search bar on Twitch and it should give you a couple channels to watch it on.
