i just noticed it says "in 3D and real D 3D".

1. will this also just be in regular 2D (i won't watch it in 3D/real D 3D)

2. what the hell difference is 3D and real D 3D?

They have some on the movie db but yeah so far this is the best one I've seen

Yes, it will be shown in 2D for sure. Real D is just like a brand just like IMAX 3D. Real D 3D and IMAX use different 3D glasses.

Bu54Lb, oh! so Real D 3D is exclusively an IMAX gig? i've never seen a movie at IMAX before. do you like IMAX? thanx for your help/info! :)

No no no, you have IMAX 3D theaters and Real D 3D theaters, it's like they are competing companies to grab your dollar.
