Michael and Eve

What the hell has happened to them. I swear to god if they're going to shrug those characters existence off to an expositional sentence in this film I'm going to be mad!!! This is the sort of crap that I'd expect from the "Resident Evil" movie franchise, not "Underworld". His short lived presence in "Underworld: Awakening" was so under utilised that I feel he would of been better left out of the plot entirely as it would have made me feel better inside. I really hope they manage to fix this problem in the sequel (which the studio has confirmed is getting made with Kate Beckinsale in it).

Okay? I went to an advanced screening and they were both used as a plot tool without being in the movie and it *beep* annoyed the sh!t out of me because who ever was in charge of coming up with the plot made a film that's only connection to previous films is mentioning people from the other films and showing millisecond flashbacks.

It's the same stunt they pulled in Awakening and I have no tolerance for that kind of nonsense. Which is why I won't watch this one in the cinema either. Just like the movies having no connection with each other whatsoever. It's like they are just tossing around random ideas now and ditch anything prior to the current movie, except Selene.

Eve gets a one-sentence expositional shrug-off.
Michael's is much, much worse. Let me know if you want it spoiled.
