Speaking of which does that mean so does David now ? Since Selene use her blood to bring him back to like in awakening ?

I believe selene is stronger, but only bcs michael lacks combat skills and depends on his lycan instinct. Remember what they say abt hybrid, "not vampire nor lycan but stronger than both of them". The principle has always been like that from the start

David was listed as a hybrid on underworlds official Facebook page when posting character vids.
When Selene brought him back she used her blood.

No. Michael is not only a lycan/vampire hybrid but also Lycan dominant. He is stronger than Selene.
