What happened to william ?
I hear the lycans have a new leader MARIUS. I thought WILLIAM was their leader.......DID I MISSED ANY MOVIES ? LOL

shareWilliam died in Underworld: Evolution, which is the second movie in the series but the third one if you take it chronologically from the events point of view. He was the first Lycan ever created and after being emprisoned for so many years, he was set free by Marcus, his twin brother. After that, both of them die, Marcus killed by Selene and William killed by Michael. Like I said, all of this happens in the final act of Underworld: Evolution. Of course he is alive in Rise of the Lycans, because the events in that movie take place before the ones in the first Underworld movie.

I got my facts mixed up. William was already captured but still alive in Rise of the Lycans.
