I agree, films 4 and 5 have completely ruined the franchise in my opinion. Just watched blood wars and it is by far the worst film yet. The plot was weak and pretty lame and the acting and special effects could have been alot better. In their defense you can only do so much with a *beep* script. The worst part was that they took a completely different path to what they implied in the 4th installment and then just kill Michael off at the end and only show you some *beep* flash backs?! I was like wtf happened?! So he can kill an elder and the original Lycan, survive a giant pole through the chest but he gets killed by some ordinary lycan just like that? So pissed. It was so poorly written and executed >:(
If they were to make another one Michael better have survived somehow or they have completely lost me which is devastating for me as i was a huge long time fan :(
