Not bad... But it's still feels dated.
This was and will always be a post-Matrix franchise cash in of the early 2000s, and even though they have eased up on the wire work and avoided bullet time, the whole film feels like it should have been released last decade. Yet even though the story feels like a network tv episode, its still best to watch it on the big screen because some of the fight set pieces are amazing. My friend dragged me to the cinema to see it as it was just released here in the UAE and he's a solid fan.
The film definitely feels like a jump off point for a new series of films, even though they heavily toyed with the idea that Selena would die. I wish they would have gone through with killing her off though, and then having her daughter take the mantle to continue the franchise.
