i'm looking at the ticket prices for the movie (the first matinee showing) and the real 3D price is $10.49 while the regular 2D price (i will only see it in 2D...i hate 3D) $11.49. um, what am i missing? i thought 3D tickets were always more expensive!

Haha, that must be a mistake or something. I've never heard of that before. Anyway, I can't stand 3D either. If it came down to it, I would actually pay MORE to see a flick in 2D vs 3D, lol...
It may be a certain time with that company where prices fluctuate. At AMC, if you're trying to see something at 3:30 and its 3D, it'll be cheaper than the next standard showing at 4:20 because the 3:30 falls into their second matinee whereas the standard falls into non-matinee. Same thing for if the 3D is at 11:45 and the 2D is at 12:10.
