How violent is it?

It's called blood wars so I'm curious do they go hard with the violence in this one?

Yes! brains being blown out, eyes being stabbed, swords and daggers through the head.

i agree Bu54Lb! the gun head shots in this film were definitely bloodier/gorier than they were in the earlier films (which was AOK with me!). the stabbings/sword kills were also bloodier as well. this movie was really good! if going to movies wasn't so expensive for me right now, i'd go see the film again but i'll have to wait for a VERY good cam or the DVD/BR release (which i will definitely buy).

There's also a someone getting cut in half from head to toe, throat cutting, and other super cool gore.

I agree. :(. Spoiler alert ......

The body split in half I was looking very forward to but it was very CGI I was hoping for balls to the wall great realistic gore I was let down as per you

Yeah, less CGI, more old fashion realistic looking props - bodies with squirting blood and entrails.

The violence has nothing to do with the title. It's called Bloody Wars as they're fighting for Selene's blood in this film.
