Despite numerous plot-holes and the obscenely cheap way they killed off Michael, which, by the way, I don't buy for a second, this was actually the franchise's best effort since Rise of the Lycans and is probably on par with the first as well. It's a shame that it's flopping, but I can see why that is.
shareActually, they never expected it to do well in the U.S. to begin with, hence them slashing the budget to only $35 million. By the time all is said and done, it'll break even at least, and we'll get another chapter in this series.

shareI'd say better than Awakening, but still not great. Michael could have fixed the whole thing for me though :(
shareYeah this is a step above Awakening but that isn't saying much. Found it hard to care about any of the characters in the movie.
