100 things I learned

In no particular order:

1.Killing an entire room full of vampires... EASY PEASY, just use 2 pistols and shoot all 20 or 30 of them................... WHAT???? Not a single one decided they should PRETEND to know how to fight and stop him????? Na, just let that shlt play out huh.

2.When you're trying to assault the vampire hideout, you apparently NEED the pureblood hybrid childs blood.... OR you just need to have a .50 cal(It actually looked closer to a round the size of the M40 grenade, but the gun itself looked more like a .50cal) with some special rounds that literally do NOTHING special...
Why bring it inside anyways? why not just fire from the outside in, if your only goal was to break some windows..

3.C4 in the size of chunks that they used would have removed the entire wall, not just the door, which was left relatively unscathed btw.

4.When killing Selene, make sure you chop off her head, letter her slip into the water will result in a terribly dye job on her hair, AND she can move faster for no purpose whatsoever.

5.Anticlimactic fight scene against Marius, take a beating, then slip behind him and pull out his spine.. yup, just easy as pie.

6.Maruis... FFS, could they have not picked ANY other name then a name already in the vampire lore world. Whilst it's not part of the Underworld lore, Marius was a main character in more then a few of Anne Rices' novels AND the movies Interview with a Vampire and Queen of the Damned.

7.Eve isn't found at any point, so we can only assume they will be making at least one more movie... One to find her, maybe one to show what happened to Selene in the 'other world'
Talk about the worlds fastest death, trip to another world, and back AND back across the surely very busy train tracks to the coven house.

8.All the vampires in the coven house were just absolutely useless... how could you possibly live for hundreds of years and not be somewhat weapon trained or at least not retarded?

9.Speaking of the weapons, WHO THE FK uses SHIELDS.. Yeah I know the vampires love their swords and all, but when you have automatic weapons WITH UV rounds... **SIGH**
I also don't recall that a regular buckler shields being bulletproof.... hmmmm, maybe the vampires should get weapons that shoot larger then piddly 9mm rounds.

10.When you're the lycan horde (of about 30 it seemed) when you have all the advantages in firepower, it's best to resort to transforming into a bestial state and give the advantage back to the vampires... Who taught these puppy dogs tactics? Why not have the melee troops in wolf form, and the others in human form using weapons and tactics effectively??? Hmm.... makes sense to me, how about you?

11.The whole movie I was waiting for Michael to make an appearance, or Eve, but nope, nothing to do with either of them really (5 seconds in flashbacks doesn't count).
[ I did see the other posting saying that the actor has/had no desires to re play the character, but if that's the case, why not get someone else to stand in.... ]

12.If you have successfully drained some tainted blood from Selene, what you should definitely do after a few days or maybe a week of purifying it and letting the poison go away(it does just go away on its on huh.....) you should DEFINITELY drink a few big gulps from a 2L pitcher, and let some pour down your face... then drop the pitcher, and fk giving any to anyone else.
I'm actually ok with her not sharing, but seriously, would you not be eager to lick the floor clean if it was holding exceptional power???? If I was the weak boy toy she had, I would've said I'd clean the floor and then licked it all up, it's not as if a bit of dirt if going to kill him now is it?

All of these are truly just poor writing to make a 'visually appealing movie'.
It was barely that.

this franchise has always had bad writing lol

The post is so long that I can't read everything.

I'll only address the first one. Those vampires were, in Semira's words, "raw recruits, neither combat ready nor numerous enough". Besides, Varga was their trusted leader. His betrayal was totally unexpected. More importantly, he used UV bullets, so the young vampires didn't stand a chance. It was a massacre.

It'll be better to spend the time rewatching the movie rather than post 100 things you've learned.

PS: I've listed over 100 vampire movies I've watched. This kind of project is much more worthwhile. LOL :)

Effective trolling is art.

You're a moron. Raw recruits or not, ONE just needs to run into him and tackle him to the ground, there goes his 'advantage'.
None of them were really far away and didn't have a chance. Surprised or not, common sense should still be present... OH FK HE'S SHOOTING US... Maybe we should all stand here or run to the door....
