Totally agree.
'Dark' shouldn't equal no lighting, as it too often does since 'Dark Knight'.
Not sure if there was a single scene with clear crisp light source. What's the idea of having Beckinsale in leather if you can't see her...
But this is the distinguishable feature of this series. It's so dark that you can't see anything at all. Also, camera jumps in fighting sequences so you can't discern what the hell is going on there.
