I unfortunately walked in a couple minutes late, which I never do...

Can anyone tell me what happened in the first scene? I walked in at the end of a scene that was dark and sounded like it had a voiceover narration by Elle.

Same thing that happened a little later: She got attacked by a guy in a ski mask. Later, she remembers it. Later still, she remembers it slightly differently. But, in the beginning, it's just the attack itself.
