Looks like a Russian Blue. Could be a mixed breed that is grey/blue though.

or a French Chartreux is more likely

Blue Abyssinian? Little chubby for an Abby though.

Nah, doesn't look anything like an Abyssinian. It's a Chartreux. They're very common in France. They look a bit like Russian Blues but Russian Blues aren't common in France like Chartreux are.
