This movie was hilarious. It wasn't even subtle about its humour either, though it is very dark.

It's so over the top that it certainly feels like a comedy at times, and some scenes seem played for laughs.

Indeed there is. It's the first tag listed, in fact! Not sure whether that's by default or for some other reason.
