Finale explained - no ghost.

Here is one of the possible explanations of the Unfriended finale: In this movie nobody died and there was no ghost of Laura. The whole thing was a prank played on Blaire by the rest of the friends. At the end one of them, probably her boyfriend is standing there in front of her with a funny ghost mask on his face. The hands that close the laptop do look kind of manly. Ken was hacking her computer the whole time and everyone staged their deaths with some ready props. They did this to her as a revenge for cheating on her boyfriend, for crashing the car of her friend's mother and for what she did to Laura. Is it possible?

A post-credits sequence reveals Blaire was dismembered at the primary limbs by a garden shed chainsaw and taken photos of which are uploaded through her Facebook with the caption "Share this in 24 hours or you die".

That is a rather interesting interpretation. The movie should have offered a couple of clues that all what happened could have been just a conspiracy against Blaire.
