What did the Fat guy do to Laura?

Not sure. It's possible that she could've picked on him, and he ended up humiliating her in some way. He also stated in the movie that "Laura was a big bully that got what she deserved."

Him basically saying "she got what she desereved."

This is where the movie kind of failed to show why Laura wanted Ken dead. But they did have him mention his distaste for her by saying he didn't like her and that she got what she deserved. I took that as their way of showing that Ken was one of the people who bullied and humiliated Laura online to the extreme.

However, the reason why some audience members don't see why Laura had it out badly for him is because we never find out any of his horrible secrets (never I have I ever sequence) or a video of him in a confrontation with Laura (the video of Val vs Laura). They just know him as someone who said she got what she deserved with her suicide. They probably compared him to the other teens who could have said the same thing about her.

Here I think it's important that Ken said this after her death and not before. Most likely the others who humiliated Laura before her death expressed remorse afterward. Or they weren't considered good friends of hers.

But that's just me trying to make sense of a movie that wasn't great, but entertaining enough not to hate it.
