I looks to me that the ghost tried to confront her with her sins, and since she did confess all like the spirits page said, the ghost probably just exposed her to her own torment in life when the video of Laura showed her face, the life of Blaire will be a chaos after that...

But the ghost appeared at the end, when she closed her computer, so I would assume she got her, like the others.

No. the sequel is set with her character in it.

That synopsis is likely to be fake.

But she didn't confess that last one. She kept saying "what do you think I did?!" And right before her death(or attack) she sees the video of herself filming Laura. So it's possible she did actually kill her.
