Eyes Wide Shut 2
And then 6 months later they divorce
sharethe music sounds quite awful and annoying.......
shareThis looks nothing like Kubrick's masterpiece and the fact that anyone might think it can even come close to touch its toes is ludicrous to me.
Now, if you were referring it just because of the superfamous/hot couple factor... even in that regard, they're quite different projects. I will be seeing "By the Sea," even though it looks, at best, a curious Liz & Dick vanity project, and at worst, just painful (the trailer is embarrassing, and I do like Jolie & Pitt). "Eyes Wide Shut," on the other hand, was a feverish long-term project from a legendary filmmaker. Whether you like Cruise/Kidman or not, you gotta admit they were very dedicated to a project that took 2 and a half years just to shoot. I really doubt it became the main reason for their divorce; that was bound to happen. Pitt and Jolie seem to be very much in love still (although, obviously, they're the only two people who can actually answer that), and I don't see how this could be any indicator of a divorce. If anything, it shows to me that they really wanted to work together again.
Without you, today's emotions would be the scurf of yesterday's.
Looks more like a Lars Von Trier film than a Kubrick film.
