shareShe's been dropping hints for years, but both of the movies she directed haven't done very well. She had a smash hit with Maleficent. I think it's safe to say that the public would still rather see her act... Just an observation.
I remember a couple of years ago she sat down with 60 Minutes and said, "One day I will happily give this up."
Yes her passion is writing directing which is too bad because she has no talent for it. Unbroken worked because she had great writers but everything she writes is just bad. Ok I haven't seen this so I can't say, but it's not looking very good. And I just don't trust her filmmaking 'talent' especially if she wrote the damn thing.
