From Google Maps - location where car goes through water ?

I was looking through Google maps on Malta and found this location that looked familiar from the movie:

I tried that link and it did not seem right, so the coordinates are: 36.020419, 14.271404
36 01' 13.5" N 14 16' 17.1" E

Not sure I have that but it looks like the spot, called Mgarr Ix-Xini.

Looks like a cool place to visit.

Yes, you are right. It's Mgarr ix-Xini in Gozo.

The hotel doesn't really exist though. It was constructed purposely for the film.
