Dante director sets up movie w/ Columbia Pictures & Michael Bay

Wow, that didn't take long.

"Bishop sold his spec screenplay Lockdown at Franklin High in a bidding war to Sony Pictures with Michael Bay and Platinum Dunes attached to produce. Production on the feature will begin in 2015."

So is it a full length on Dante the Great? Or the director just got a movie deal with them?

It sounds like the director got a movie deal with them.

Although I'd love to see a full length movie of Dante the Great.

Dante the Great with less $hitty acting would be decent.

I though the acting in Dante was the strongest. Especially from the guy playing Dante and the lady playing his mom.

What about the red head assistant. Hands down. no exagerating. she has got to be the worst actress out of any VHS actors parts 1, 2 and 3.

No way, not even close. I liked her. She was Meryl Streep compared to some of the girls in 1 and 2. Especially that dark haired girl in the part 3 wrap. *shudder*

Looks like it is a whole new project. A monster movie set in a high-school.
