Are you talking about the wrap around? It's kinda clever, the only clever part in the movie. They guy is chasing the people who have his girlfriend because he wants to make a viral video. What he gets is transmissions from the people going in circles that are a viral video themselves. The video, well it goes viral, but the people who receive the transmission become catastrophically violent. Like the picnic scene was amazing, probably the only thing that frightened me in the movie. When he catches up to the van he discovers his girlfriend is already dead. Then the camera pans out showing the city in turmoil meaning the real viral video got out and people are destroying each other. All is lost.
