I am so confused...

So, when Iris got kidnapped, what happened to her? Did she get kidnapped by the Ice Cream truck? Because that didn't look like it happened although apparently the plot wants me to believe it. And what about when the dude found the truck; did she orchestrate the whole thing? What was her motive? Did she commit suicide later? What exactly was the video that he had to upload? How was she talking to him despite being dead? Why record herself then kill herself outside her truck? Why did she want to do this? Were those body parts the truck driver? Did he force her to do this? Why would he force her to do this? What was the whole point of the high-speed chase anyway? Was she being tortured in real time as the signal was being broad cast or was that faked?

So many questions. Why did she want the video to go viral initially? What part about the video made people go crazy? What?
