I understand that Zev has dementia, and he admits that he's a Jew and was in Auschwitz camp ... until the twist at the end (spoiler). Surely, when he has his bath and/or shower, or even when he goes for a pee, he will realize that he's not a Jew after all! ... if you get what I mean!

I get what you mean and wondered about that too, but figured that he and Rudy 4 must have had the necessary "alterations" (if you know what I mean)so that they could successfully carry out their plan and maintain it over the decades. Otherwise they would have been outed long before they became parents.
