8/10 rating on IMDB = laughable

That this show is rated as 8/10 might be the most funny thing about the show.

Agreed. On last night's show he had a chalkboard and wrote a swastika on it comparing Trump to a Nazi. I'm no Trump fan, but I am the son of someone who got to live through WWII in Europe and see our Teutonic friends up close and personal. The whole comparing someone to a Nazi or Hitler thing is completely overdone and demonstrative of a lack of talent and class. When will they replace this now abysmal program with a better host?

The whole point of the post was that the ratings are not to be taken seriously, especially this one.

I think that many of us may have voted early in the run of the show, while we were still excited to see Colbert on the tube again.

I certainly would not give it more than a 4 now.
