Fired For Being A Shill Or Fired For Not Being Funny?

Just curious what the consensus is? I don't care if people are left or right as long as their funny.

If you don't care, why are you calling him a "shill"?

Anyway, I don't think that this level of seriousness is a good fit for him, especially since he established himself as a much sillier (and funnier) character on the Colbert Report.

Whenever he is serious, I can't help but feel that he is holding back on jokes and putting on a facade.

I have heard nothing about him being fired. Except for random IMDb threads.
