Unfunny shell of what made him famous

I'm a conservative, and I found the Colbert Report on Comedy Central to be quite funny. He mocked us so intelligently! That half hour beginning at 11:30 was a big part of my day. That was two years ago...

Colbert is presently, since sept 2015 onward, just another mainstream unfunny liberal wack, not much different than other loony toons liberal. He's a shell of what once made him great.

Perhaps James Corden blue funnier?

I stopped watching 2 months ago. I was a big fan of the Report but this is just corny.

I hate the guy and hate the show. Watched a couple of times and turned it off for good.

And I used to love the Colbert Report. I thought he was brilliant on the Daily Show.

Now he's just revolting with his pathetic pandering sops to Hollywood liberalism.

Hopefully this crap will be cancelled.

I too was a great lover of Colbert Report. I'm no watcher of this program, but it's hard to avoid sometimes. I would point out though that the cracks were already showing in the later Colbert seasons. Had things continued, I think that show would have imploded and turned into a version of this mess eventually.

Colbert's liberal bias and news coverage might turn off some.
But I prefer his late show over others showing celebrities doing karaoke or reunion skits.
His show makes me think, and also entertains me. But if you're not entertained, there are plenty of programs showing celebrities doing karaoke or reunion skits.
