Why didn't Mary have the frobscottle when everyone did, including the queen?

That did seem to be the takeaway. Even the Queen's fart was shown to be rather reserved and regal, only showing the sheets of the table she's sitting at flutter and no green gas at all. All the men in the scene have over the top, exaggerated and embarrassing farts. Even here sexism in media is displayed: women are clean, prim and proper, the fairer, more dignified, more respectable gender; men are gross buffoons to be mocked.

God bless Rebecca Hall for not having a stupid fart scene. I wouldn't want that in my memory bank.
