It is absolutely disgusting that the entertainment union that serves actors would harbor such a repulsive, dangerous and unstable individual as Michael Harrah. Instead of revoking his membership, they've "circled the wagons" around him. Disgraceful!
Isn't it funny that despite the HUGE importance of this documentary, it was a financial disaster for the studio that produced it? Hollywood stepped on this film like a bug.
My sentiments exactly! I just watched this shocking, very important film--and was appalled that this monster is still carrying on, "business as usual". His empty words of "regret" are totally meaningless. He should be in prison. How shocking it is that Amy Berg is made to be the "bad guy" here, as if she's some trouble-making interloper. This film should have blown the lid off this decades-long scandal of abuse--instead, as you say, Hollywood "circled the wagons" and tried to make this film just disappear. I'm disgusted and appalled.
