Constant booming music

No a resident in the Venice Beach area. But is there constantly a house or apartment nearby that blasts music at full volume ? Almost 80% of all scenes, not in the Gym, have loud music booming in the background.

That *beep* would drive me crazy.

Venice Beach is very like that. All kinds of crazy characters, street performers (known as busking in the UK) along the boardwalk and sounds from everywhere, including Muscle Beach. It does settle down mostly by nightfall.
