Mel was the best aspect of the movie!
He really knows how to bring it, and his presence is so great that he instantly made the movie better whenever he was on screen!
I'd still give the movie a 6/10, despite there being some great moments, mostly due to the pacing at times which was so so, the bad (Possibly intentional?) acting from Erin Moriarty (I really didn't believe her in the role), having Mel say mother *beep* too much (I don't mind swearing, as it's an R rated movie, but it was a little overkill with the mother *beep* and that the ending was too rushed and short (Very well done ending regardless though).
Still, Mel is excellent and I hope he gets in some better movies soon, because cinema needs him!
He's still got it and was a joy to watch the whole time! He should definitely play Riggs again in a final Lethal Weapon with Glover back, because the two of them would light up the screen! Mel also looked great too!
Loved the biting of the ear moment in this, and Mel's "Hahaa I got you" line near the end when shooting someone LOL. Felt a little like Riggs there!
Hope this makes a profit in it's limited release, and I also hope Hacksaw Ridge is a big success, because Mel deserves it :)
Come on WB, make a final Lethal Weapon with Gibson, Glover and Donner back, and make it closer to the original movie. Have Mel with the same hair length from this movie, but slightly longer, and presto, cinema excellence!
