That would have actually taken some thought..... this movie did not have much to think about... other than making a mess out of the plot they had going.

That was the Tall Man's goal in the 4th movie (I think he wanted a companion), which is why he turned Mike into a being like him, but Mike rejected him, so the Tall Man took back the power he had give him (the ball in his head).

It was hinted at in the teaser that they made many years back with a scene between Mike and the Tall Man but with their dialogs reversed in a way implying that the Tall Man was mortal again (or maybe it was another meeting between Mike and Jebediah Morningside.)

They sort of were... but we did not see them LITERALLY in the same scene, but they were supposed to be in the same 'space'... and it was that quick part where a silver sphere comes towards Mike, the Tall Man was on the other side of the chasm... Mike's eyes turn into the color of a gold spheroid look and the ball just keep going passed him.

3rd generation American from a long line of Gottscheers... it was Drandul, dude!
