Last song on Episode 3 Season 2 The Negotiation

Does anyone know who sang the last song on the Negotiation, Episode 3 Season 2? Or where was it from? I was wondering if it was from a Ginger Rogers or Fred Astaire movie because I heard dancing in the background and it sounded like an old soundtrack. The only lyrics I could make out was, 'Jazz Jazz Jazz.'
