Are Robert and Sol the right age to have been eligible for the draft for Vietnam? Just wondering.

For sure. They are supposed to be in their early to mid 70s. 50 years ago when they were in their early to mid 20s would have been 1966 during the time of Vietnam War.

I was drafted and I am 7 years younger than their characters. The draft for Vietnam ended on January 27, 1973, the official day the war ended.
