New Host
Annoying voice and is a bit of an ass hole toward the contestants

Well, the whole point of the show is to make the players look like idiots. Him being an *beep* to them when they lose fits the theme.

I tend to agree with you. He's a bit smarmy and doesn't really seem to me to be justified for having that attitude. You can make fun of not bright contestants without being an ass. That has been the entire point of Family Feud for decades. Richard Dawson, Ray Combs and John O'Hurley were able to poke fun at contestants without being an ass about it. You liked them for doing it. Gleib isn't likable in that role, he's just an ass.
shareOne of the worst instances of his smug attitude was when he was talking to a contestant who could do celebrity impressions. The contestant did some good impressions of Christopher Walken and Sean Connery, and in response, Gleib delivered impressions that were MUCH less convincing, while insisting that his versions were superior: "Your Sean Connery's not bad, but mine's also slightly better" (in a voice that sounds nothing like Connery). When he said that, all I could think was "Does he actually believe he's a better impressionist, or can he just not admit when he's wrong?"
