What people are missing from the trailer
It's pretty clear from the trailer that McQueen isn't hacking it anymore against new improved competition and he has a big crash, he then gets rebuilt and goes on to be the best again.
What's the point of this story line, it's simple it's so they can sell a new Lightning McQueen toy.
