YES! It specifically says that on the show.
It shows the present, then it says, "6 months earlier" and shows the next scene. The whole episode except the first part was 6 months earlier than the fancy French restaurant scene.

Wow. I completely missed that one. I figured out it was a flashback as soon as the parents had to explain to K.C. that they were spies, but I totally missed the 6 months earlier cue.
