which characters are recurring

From watching the first episode it seemed like some of the characters who were credited as guest starring seemed like they would be recurring.

The mean girls are definitely going to be recurring at the very least, which makes me happy, considering one of them is not only a big girl, but also handicapped (whether or not the two are related is beside the point). Neither group gets a whole lot of representation in kids' shows, so having one as a regular is a nice change.

I'm surprised Disney let them use a handicapped girl as a villain. You just know soccer moms with handicapped kids are going to rage.

Who says she's handicapped? She might just be using a wheel chair 'cuz she's too lazy to walk! Probably why she got (and remained) fat! lol! I would not be surprised if Disney later in the series exposed that is actually the reason she's in a wheel chair.

I actually really like the fact that Disney made the handicapped girl a bully. It gives them the perfect setup for a scene later on in the show with her breaking down and confiding in K.C. about how she's the way she is because she was made fun of and bullied for her handicap. She could be a really good "don't judge a book by its cover" story if they decide to play her out as a wounded and defensive animal instead of just plain evil.

Sounds like a plot you would see on Girl Meets World. Not sure if that sort of idea would happen on KCU, as it's all about the action and the family. I like it though!

It's a bit too soon to tell, but I really do hope they play the character out like that. Even if it's just some hare-brained situation where the bully and K.C. get stuck in a broken elevator or something that leads to some gut-spilling and ends with the bully threatening to publicly humiliate K.C. if she ever tells anyone. Disney/Nick has done that before and it could easily be done again.
