Why does KC have no guy friends her age?

Anyone else find it kinda weird that KC only hangs out with Marissa all the time. Two attractive girls like them would and should have other friends, male friends in particular even if it's just casual.

But it's literally JUST them. That's one of the main issues I have with the show

Maybe they do, but they just don't show it in the show. The show will only show us what is important to the plot. Otherwise it would be filler. No need to spend money and hire extras if they are not going to be a part of the plot.
