The PSA thing kinda seemed tacked on. Veronica was there even though Marissa wasn't even in the episode. Makes me wonder if Disney actually thought kids would try to mail their siblings.

It was just a harmless joke. I don't think they thought anyone would mail their siblings, it was just a parody of PSAs.
I liked the episode overall. Marissa not being in it wasn't a big deal, but at least we got some laughs and Veronica Dunne got paid at the end anyway.
I just thought it was a little weird that they brought her in just to do that scene but not be involved in the rest of the episode.
