In the Tightrope of Terror episode. Were they running low on the budget for the episode or something?

Even if they were low on budget, they could have had the previous judge be the same judge for the episode. There was already a judge who put the security guard away.

I highly doubt it was a budget issue as it costs more to get her in that makeup than paying another actor.
I guess they just thought it would be funny.
Overall this was a really weak two parter. I did like seeing Sofie Dossi, who's killing it on America's Got Talent, as one of the circus performers though.
