Did Ernie just threaten to rape Marisa?

In the episode where Marisa enters KC's photo in a contest (thus compromising KC's safety), KC and Ernie break into Marisa's room looking for the photo on the computer. Ernie immediately goes to her underwear drawer... as noted by KC. She also calls him creepy.

Marisa catches Ernie in her room & asks what he's there for. He replies she knows what he's there for, implying she wants him (obviously untrue!) and talks about signals.

I know it's not implied as a sexual assault because it's a Disney show, but in REAL world it's be super scary!

That's not rape. It's confidence.

That is a guy showing that he thinks a girl likes him (but she doesn't).

Rape is when someone FORCES someone to have sex or sexual activity with you.

Consensual sex and or asking for permission for sex is not rape.

lol Fine. When a boy breaks into your bedroom and hits on you saying "you know why I'm here", I'll just sit back and laugh at the situation.

At least it's more believable than their lame attempt at "drama", with messy, unnecessary story arcs.

(Brett's good! No, wait! He's bad! Bam, stranger cousin! She's bad! No, she's good! Oh, wait... she IS bad!). Then repeat with Zane.

It's this jumbled mess that killed already exhausted Lab Rats with Bionic Island. And what killed Mighty Med after a rocky 2 year run.
