KC Undercover - The Legend of Bad Bad Cleo Brown

I admire KC Undercover for doing something different this week with this flashback to the 70's. The show has gotten creative in the second season. I kind of miss all the simple missions from the first year, but this episode was good. I wish Zendaya would've used a slightly different voice for her Cleo character though when the others all did.

I was pleasantly surprised after watching episode, and I like Bad Bad Cleo Brown, she don't take no Stuff. I do think the voice change would have been cool though

It kinda felt like a nod to Agent Carter.

I agree with all your comments above, it is obviously a take off of a 1970s crime drama called "Get Christie Love". In the mid-70s, backless jumpsuits was a very common apparel worn by young girls of that era.

I was watching a certain episode of the show called something like "Debutant Baller" (uncertain about the spelling)with a few friends and we commented about how skinny Zendaya looks (narrow face; pencil shape legs, as was mentioned in the script, and her noticable shoulder blades). As we talk we wonder what she would look like if clad in a bikini or halter top, would we see a lot of bony artwork. I wrote to the director of the show suggesting to have KC clad in a backless garment, with more emphesis on the halter top than a bikini because it would be easier to create a scenero with the former than the later, and less suggestive as well. Even suggested a halter top designed in the style as they were in the 1970s (ties around the waist and neck). we got a response stating "Thank you for your suggestions, and we have receive several simular suggestions as this one...
next season we will have at least one episode that you will be very pleased to see, and if it does well we may take the show in the way that you suggested!" This is just a gist of their response, but I noticed that a lot of what I wrote in the letter was like the backless jumpsuit (close enough to a halter top), 1970s (as I typed 1970s fashion), and they put a lot of emphesis on her boney back. I never intended to suggest the alfro hair style, or literatly set to the 70s era. The afro did make it hard to keep in mind that it is Zendaya's portrayal, but I would love to see Bad Bad Cleo Brown as a spin-off for a regular series.

I was wondering where I had seen Cleo's boss before and then I realized it was Biff from Back to the Future.

I have been receiving whispers that Bad Bad Chloe Brown was getting a spin-off. This would be great, except would it end KC Undercover?
